1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and l8club ("l8club," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming platform operating at https://l8club.cam. By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any services provided by l8club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using l8club services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or place wagers on l8club. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. l8club operates within the regulatory context of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to access or use l8club services.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To use l8club services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and verifiable information during registration;
• Maintain only one (1) account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Promptly update your account information if it changes;
• Submit identity verification documents (valid government-issued ID, proof of address) when requested by l8club for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

l8club reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may not create an account or use l8club services if you:

• Are under 21 years of age;
• Are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal;
• Have previously been banned or excluded from l8club for violation of Terms;
• Are employed by l8club, a game provider, or any affiliated entity;
• Have self-excluded from gambling services through PAGCOR or other responsible gaming programs.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l8club account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other websites;
• Never share your password with any third party;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available;
• Immediately notify l8club customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

l8club will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to maintain adequate security measures. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

l8club employs automated systems to monitor account activity for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and detection of prohibited activities. By using l8club, you consent to such monitoring. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

l8club accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your l8club account within seconds. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours depending on your financial institution. l8club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.3 Deposit Fees

l8club does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

All deposits are subject to AML regulations. l8club reserves the right to request proof of funds and source of wealth documentation. Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made to the same GCash, Maya, or bank account used for deposits. l8club processes withdrawals 24/7, with GCash withdrawals typically completed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your financial institution.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal: PHP 100. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: PHP 50,000 for GCash/Maya, PHP 500,000 for bank transfers. VIP members may have higher limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on account verification level.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing deposited funds, you must wager at least 1x (one times) the deposit amount. This requirement prevents money laundering and applies to all deposits, whether or not a bonus was claimed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6.

5.4 Verification Requirements

First-time withdrawals require KYC verification. You must submit a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or PhilID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months. Withdrawals will be held until verification is completed.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

l8club does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a 2% processing fee, capped at PHP 500. Your payment provider may also charge fees.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

l8club offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 35x) before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, live dealer games may be excluded.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet per spin/hand is typically PHP 50-100. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and winnings.
• Expiration: Bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (usually 7-30 days).

6.2 Bonus Abuse

l8club reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if it detects bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses;
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements (e.g., hedging bets on roulette);
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine gaming intent.

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and funds forfeited.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generators (RNG)

All slot games and digital table games on l8club use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be manipulated by l8club or players.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios operated by licensed providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice, or wheels, ensuring authenticity and fairness.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, l8club will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the game provider's policies. If a malfunction causes an incorrect payout, l8club reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the original stake.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fake IDs, or falsified documents;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Hacking or Exploiting: Attempting to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, or gain unauthorized access to l8club systems;
• Money Laundering: Using l8club services to launder proceeds of crime;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment reversals or disputes;
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to place bets;
• Underage Gaming: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to use your account.

8.2 Account Suspension and Closure

l8club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if we suspect violation of these Terms. Upon suspension, pending withdrawals will be held until investigation is completed. If violations are confirmed, all funds may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on l8club, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of l8club or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from l8club without prior written consent;
• Use l8club trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by l8club;
• Create derivative works based on l8club content.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

l8club services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. l8club does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, l8club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of l8club services. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the preceding 12 months.

10.3 Third-Party Services

l8club is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services, including payment processors, game providers, and internet service providers. Delays, errors, or failures caused by third parties are beyond our control.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. l8club operates within the regulatory context of PAGCOR, and all gaming activities are subject to applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding l8club services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our designated dispute resolution officer.

11.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with l8club on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against l8club.

12. Amendments to Terms

l8club reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the l8club website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of l8club services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights, l8club may provide additional notice via email or in-app notification. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using l8club services and close your account.
